Shipping of products purchased online at www.bestbabysnest.com :
- If you are paying by bank wire transfer, payment card or PayPal, we will start processing your order once the payment has been received and recorded in our accounting system. You will be notified of each stage of processing of your order by e-mail;
- All paid for orders are delivered to customers in the European Union within 10-15 working days of order confirmation;
- All paid for orders are delivered to customers outside the European Union within 10-20 working days of order confirmation;
- All paid for orders are put together within 1-3 working days and handed over to our couriers DPD or LP Express for delivery;
- Deliveries do not take place on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping costs
Please be advised that any customs duties, taxes and charges are excluded and are the responsibility of customers. We also do not take responsibility for any customs delays.
- Orders placed on www.bestbabysnest.com and shipped to a European Union Member State should not be subject to customs duties or VAT;
- Orders placed on www.bestbabysnest.com and shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and VAT at customs and VAT rates of the country of destination. Customs duties and charges are excluded and are the responsibility of customers.
Shipping costs will depend on your location and the weight of your parcel and will be calculated at checkout.
