Returns

Quality products purchased from our online store may be returned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery to the customer. 

Product returns shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in original undamaged packaging;
  • The product must be undamaged;
  • The product cannot be used and must retain its commercial appearance (labels and protective plastic intact, etc.);
  • The product must be of the same composition as received by the customer; please be advised that sets, composite packages and similar are treated as a single unit and cannot be returned separately ;
  • If the product does not meet at least one of the conditions mentioned above, we will not be able to accept your return;
  • Products purchased from the online store may be returned on the basis of the Rules for Product Returns and Exchange as approved by Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. According to these Rules, cosmetics, toiletries, baby clothes, mattresses, duvets, pillows, toys, games and female hygiene articles are items that cannot be returned unless they have defects (manufacturing defects);
  • Shipping costs to return the product are to be paid by the customer.

If the above mentioned conditions are met:

  • You should contact us at info@bestbabysnest.com indicating your wish to return the product;
  • You should specify the name of the product, order number and give a detailed description of the reason for your return;
  • Once you have received a reply from us, you may return the product to the address indicated by us;
  • You can ship the product using any method acceptable to you, but please be advised that until the product reaches us you are responsible for the safety of and possible damage to the product during transportation; for this reason, we recommend that you package the product securely;
  • On receipt of the product, we will inspect whether the product(s) have retained their commercial appearance and refund you; refunds are made between 10 and 20 working days from the date of receipt of the return to the same bank or card account that was used to make the purchase;
  • No refund will be made if the packaging has been damaged or the product has clearly been used.
